These set of six MR10 Cantilever Chairs, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, feature a continuous tubular steel frame finished in polished chrome, bent into a smooth, flowing profile that creates the iconic floating seat silhouette. 

The seat and back are formed from black leather, stretched taut across the frame for a crisp, sculptural appearance. The leather is smooth and substantial, with a gently curved seat plane and upright backrest that follow the contours of the steel structure. At the rear, exposed leather lacing secures the back panel to the frame, adding a subtle decorative detail while highlighting the chair’s functional construction.

The cantilever base curves seamlessly from the front legs into the rear support, giving the chair a light, suspended look despite its solid materials. The contrast between the cool chrome tubing and the matte black leather creates a striking visual balance, reinforcing the chair’s modernist character.
