Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Egg Culture

Shipment processing time (Oversized Items)

All individuals inquiring about shipping costs will be be provided quotes within 48 hours of request. Once the cost of shipping is confirmed and accepted, the buyer will be responsible for paying the remainder of the amount due. Please make sure before checking out that you do not have any non-oversized items in your cart as they are shipped through different carriers. 

We also offer customers the option to arrange their own delivery methods. In order to do so, please continue with the oversized checkout as normal. You can let us know of your plans when we reach out to confirm shipping or call ahead at 609-273-8028.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates (Oversized Items)

Shipping rates will be dependent on the cubic size of the item and its weight, in combination with the distance to be shipped. These criteria will be provided to freight shipping companies who will determine the cost to ship. 

Shipment processing time (Non-Oversized Items)

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. Please make sure that there are no oversized items in the cart before checking out, as these items are shipped through different carriers.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates (Non-Oversized Items)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout as provided by UPS, as well as an estimated date of delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

All items shipped through UPS are insured for their full value. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will begin the process of filing a claim with the shipment carrier. We ask that you take pictures of both the box and the item, as well as save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Failure to comply with the aforementioned requests may result in claims being denied.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Egg Culture LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
