OVERSIZED ITEM

Johannes Andersen draw-leaf dining table constructed in teak, featuring a rectangular top with rounded edges and softly profiled corners. The tabletop is composed of book-matched teak, displaying linear grain patterns that run lengthwise across both the main surface and extension leaves. Two integrated draw-leaves are stored beneath the top and slide out from either end, extending the surface area while maintaining a continuous plane.

The apron sits flush beneath the top and houses the extension mechanism. The table is supported by four solid teak legs, each slightly tapered and rounded, set at the corners with subtle shaping where they meet the apron. The underside reveals a solid frame construction that supports both the fixed top and sliding leaves.

When closed, the table presents a compact rectangular form; when extended, the leaves align evenly with the main surface, creating a larger dining area with consistent height and edge profile. The finish highlights the natural tone of the teak, with a smooth, even surface across all components.
