Collapsible scissor chair by France & Daverkosen, designed in the 1960s, features an interlocking “X” frame that folds effortlessly. Crafted from beautifully grained solid beech.

The seat and back are made of Maaram Hallingdal red wool, which suspend the sitter comfortably while maintaining the chair’s lightweight, airy profile. When opened, the chair presents a striking silhouette; when collapsed, it becomes a compact, easily stored piece.
